Freshalgin contains metamizole. This medicinal product has pronounced analgesic and antipyretic effects, and moderate antiinflammatory activity.

Freshalgin is used:

- in the short-term treatment of pain of different origin and intensity when other treatments have proved ineffective or  contraindicated: headache, toothache, painful menstruation, joint and muscle pains and inflammations, arthritis (joint inflammatory diseases), neuralgia (pain caused by  injury to a nerve), post-traumatic and post-operative pain; pain related to spasms of kidney or biliary tracts; 

- in the short-term treatment of high fever when other treatments have proved ineffective or contraindicated

If in 3-5 days you do not feel better or your condition deteriorates, you must talk to a doctor.

    Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. 

    The lowest effective dose should be used to manage fever and pain.
